SET YOUR ART ON FIRE…OR BURN IT!LOS GATOS, CA - Monday, July 19, 2004, marketing4artists LLC, a California-based company specializing in training artists to market their art, announces its free seminar, portfolio review and marketing assessment:Ignite the Marketing of Your Art, an innovative introduction to the art of creative marketing designed for the art community.
marketing4artists LLC conducted several market studies and identified that more than one-third of surveyed artists felt they are not ready to market their art.
Ignite the Marketing of Your Art is designed to offer visual artists an individual assessment of their portfolio and marketing initiatives as well as a presentation of effective techniques in promoting and marketing their art.
The free seminar is also an introduction to the 8-week long comprehensive fall program that combines lectures and hands-on exercises to guide artists to design and implement the marketing of their artistic creations.
The free seminar will be held on August 11, at 7pm at the Holiday Inn Express in Burlingame and covers the following topics:
- Stand out with curators and galleries
- Find your unique art buyers
- Deliver your message powerfully
- Create a team that works for and supports you
- Plan and follow do-able steps
Participants of the seminar are invited to a free one-to-one interview to review their portfolio as well as their marketing initiatives. These interviews are to be scheduled on August 15 or August 21.
